Bonded NZ Limited operates from dedicated premises in Auckland, New Zealand. The two directors have a wide commercial experience.

DIRECTORS

John Earwaker

Founding director and shareholder of Tasman Insurance Brokers. John was managing director of Frank B Hall & Co NZ and held senior executive positions in Glenvaal South Africa and Sedgwick New Zealand.

Anthony Thomas

Barrister and Solicitor. 44 years experience as a commercial lawyer. Experienced in claims management and claims litigation, in managing underwriting performance bonds and warranties.

Tony Whyte

Tony joined Bonded in 2009. He is a New Zealander and has held leadership positions in major financial services organisations in New Zealand and Australia. He was awarded an MBA in 1995.

Most recently Tony held senior management positions and directorships with the Lumley Group in New Zealand. His focus is on Marketing/ Brand, Strategy formation and execution, and general management. Tony led many successful projects which include global rebranding, creation of an industry leading online electronic business to business platform, as well as multiple insurance related underwriting and product development initiatives.

As a shareholder/director of Bonded, Tony will focus on business development.
